My name is Tommy Bowman.

I love Jesus and I love the Church.

I am a pastor at a growing church in Chicagoland.

I believe our church can and will grow by adding to the many.

I also believe our church will expand the Kingdom by multiplying the few.

I don't believe these two activities have to work against each other. 

However, they often do.

I do believe these two activities can work for each other.

This is the unfolding of my story of discovering how.
